Midnight Full of Stars

Exhibition brings together images of constellations of elements that explode, collide, proliferate, and sometimes mutate like so many stars, seeds, microbes, and in many cases signs of our human attempts to map, configure, and understand these realms. Images are suggestive of night skies and deep space or of universes under the microscope, or even within the atom. Such constellation views are a major presence in contemporary art and are informed by the current reach of our science, culture and digital explorations. [ more information ]
