LEARNING TO MEDITATE
(Ongoing TUESDAY Evening Classes)
Meditation leads to inner peace, overcomes loneliness, improves relationships, and has many other benefits for mind and body. Find out how to fit an enjoyable meditation practice into your present lifestyle, and learn time-tested methods for improving mindfulness, concentration and happiness. Each class will begin with a guided meditation, followed by a talk which allows time for question and answer. The class concludes with an ending meditation. While taught as a series each class is self-contained. ALL ARE WELCOME!
