ONE THOUSAND ARMS OF COMPASSION
Compassion is an active, positive response to our own and other's suffering. Learning to use our own pain to remember the suffering of others and develop compassion, is a powerful method of responding positively to adversity. In these classes we will learn how to deepen our compassion so that it becomes an inner source of refuge from problems and worries, and so that we can be of benefit to others. Each class begins with a guided meditation, followed by a talk, which allows time for question & answer. The class concludes with an ending meditation. Suitable for beginners, as well as more experienced meditators. While taught as a series, each class is self-contained. EVERYONE IS WELCOME!
$15/class suggested.
