The Power of Patience -
4-week meditation series.
Join us as we investigate the Buddhist understanding of the mind of patience. Learning to develop this beautiful mind allows us to enjoy our life more fully, as well as have greater appreciation of those around us. In this series of classes we will focus on specific methods through meditation which allows us to gently and joyfully accept whatever life brings! Each class begins with a guided meditation, followed by a talk, which allows time for question & answer. The class concludes with an ending meditation. Suitable for beginners, as well as more experienced meditators. While taught as a series, each class is self-contained. EVERYONE IS WELCOME!
$15/class suggested. (No one will be turned away for lack of funds).
